Service Delivery Manager

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced self-starter to lead the overall operations for the Services team, delivering our Instapass and Instabridge services; both vital to creating a seamless experience for users and helping our business scale. No matter how powerful and flexible you build a platform, at the end of the day it’s the efficiency and experience that defines the success! 

In order to help us do this, RDX Works is seeking a hyper-organised Service Delivery Manager to support our teams to build the experiences that will define the future of decentralized finance (DeFi). 

In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Product - Services and Developer Lead as well as the wider cross functional enterprise services team.

What are we looking for? 

• Own the operational delivery across the Instapass and Instabridge products, working cross functionally across product, tech, compliance and the business.
• Work with the Head of Product - Services in evaluating third party suppliers/vendors, owning key relationships and ensuring delivery of critical functionality to the products.
• Manage and own the incident response process, ensuring key learnings are incorporated into future processes and development
• Work with Operations Project Manager on SOC and ISO certifications for products
• You will have a flexible attitude and be willing to jump into various roles depending on the
• shifting needs of the business and the team

What do you need?

• Demonstrable project experience and experience working with third party suppliers or vendors 
• Knowledge of operations management systems, processes and procedures
• Proficiency in G Suite
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively
• A flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements
• Great attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
• A high degree of professionalism and the ability to communicate with senior-level internal and external executives
• Enthusiasm for working in a small, entrepreneurial company
• A Bachelor’s degree

Nice to haves: 

• Experience in a product led organisation and/or a regulated industry (e.g. financial services, healthcare, gambling).
