A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

If you are a passionate People Partner that is looking for a meaningful role where self development and collaboration is championed, alongside helping a tech start-up changing the face of the DeFi (de-centralized finance) & FinTech industries, this could be the ideal role for you.

You will be working with our Head of People & Talent Farrah Ather and assisting in all general HR responsibilities; from supporting team leads with ER issues, reviewing and improving policies, working with Farrah with recruitment as and when required, helping to develop the company culture and seeking out way to continuously improve processes and ensuring a smooth onboarding management for all new joiners. Being a go-getter and proactive whilst working closely with Farrah will give you an opportunity to be mentored and progress up the HR ladder.

Please note, this is a 12 month maternity cover role that must start by the 29th of April at the very latest.

What will you do?

  • Support on all HR related queries
  • Ensuring company HR policies and process are followed consistently and looking to continuously improve them
  • Working with our Operations team to ensure all HR is appropriately protected
  • Support our Head of People & Talent with recruitment during busy periods
  • You’ll be responsible for maintaining & improving our internal HR databases which are integral to managing everything from onboarding of new team members to professional development of our teams - we use BambooHR!
  • In absence of the Head & People and Talent, you will work with senior stakeholders to manage the scheduling of meetings and final stage interviews
  • Gain exposure and provide support throughout all aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • Manage the performance review cycle within the company and promoting a culture of timely and impactful feedback

What do you need?

  • Proven commercial experience in a HR position
  • Comfortable dealing with complex HR issues such as employee relations and performance management processes
  • You have a keen eye for detail, whilst working efficiently to ensure all internal HR processes move smoothly
  • Ability to juggle multiple people related tasks but ensuring efficiency and taking a sense of pride in your work
  • Extremely detail oriented as you’ll be dealing with a lot of sensitive information
  • Experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office (we use Google Suite) and HRS systems such as Bamboo HR. We will give you full support in getting up to speed on other internal tools and platforms
  • Must have worked in a growing business (ideally a start up)
  • Experience in processes such as on and off boarding
  • Must be comfortable with end to end recruitment
