Operations Manager - Jersey

‍What is the job? 

Here at Radix, we are seeking a motivated and experienced self-starter to lead the overall operations for the company. You will work closely with the CEO and Jersey Board to ensure the effective day-to-day operations of the company are maintained. You will be the point of reference for all operational queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce and management team.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in building out the operational systems for RTJL’s next phase of growth. You will also be responsible for ensuring key processes are followed and documented and looking to continuously improve how we work.

What will you be doing? 

• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
• Support the CEO with various operational tasks 
• Be responsible for ensuring key decisions and documents follow the correct approval flow and are documented
• Work with the finance team to ensure timely payments and tracking to key suppliers
• Ensure correct vendor governance is maintained
• Assist with coordination of company events and travel
• Work with the Compliance team to ensure policies and followed throughout the company

What do you need?

• Knowledge of operations management systems, processes and procedures
• Proficiency in G Suite
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively
• A flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to ever changing requirements
• Great attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
• The ability to manage heavy workloads effectively
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
• A high degree of professionalism and the ability to communicate with senior-level internal and external executives
• Enthusiasm for working in an entrepreneurial start up company
• An interest to learn able blockchain and cryptocurrency Prior experience in operations management in a scaleup or established business
